The Word of God clearly speaks to us of the descent on earth of the Holy Spirit, 3rd person of the Trinity, at Pentecost. He regulates all actions in the Assembly, all ministries and all donations, as he wishes. But for this, it is essential to recognize his place and his authority, and to leave him absolutely free to act.
